Swing by for an hour of Hatha Yoga! My classes are relaxing and restoring with attention to correct alignment and various options that make them accessible for all levels and body types.
You can expect strengthening for the body as well as lengthening and releasing of areas in which we hold tension. As well as focusing on the physical body, my classes often begin with short breathing exercises which help access the mind-benefits that yoga has to offer us.
