A little about me

I started yoga in the law firm I worked at. I had an injured knee from cycling and yoga transformed me in more ways that just strengthening my knee. I don't need to use my asthma inhaler anymore, I rarely experience back pain like I used to when I sat at a desk and I use yoga to manage my migraines.

Over the past 10 years of yoga training, exploring anatomy, biomechanics and movement I teach yoga to many people on a one to one basis and in group corporate classes to improve their posture, gain more strength in the gym, using yoga as a recovery tool and for managing stress levels in our busy lives. Yoga is an excellent tool to keep you fit, healthy and painfree.

There will be no oming or chanting in my classes just straight up alignment and scientific biomechanics based movement to help you feel great in your everyday life. Every class I teach will be different, we use props as silent teachers to bring intelligence to the body and create new muscle memory and neural pathways to strengthen what is weak and bring flexibility to areas of stiffness. You don't need to be flexible to do yoga, one of the biggest myths.

Develop an awareness of your body, movement habits and take charge of your health.
